Video Request Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in creating a video for our Sunday service, and thank you for your ministry! We appreciate you!
Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your request:
Recording Availability:
Recording sessions are typically Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On Tuesdays, extended hours are available from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No recordings are scheduled on Thursdays.

Script Requirement:
A fully typed script is required for approval and must be submitted using the form field below.

Length Limit:
Videos must be under 2 minutes to be considered for a Sunday service slot.

All video content must be approved prior to filming.

Visual Guidelines:
We typically do not allow additional photos or background footage unless they have been approved in advance.

Image Guidelines:
If your video request includes images or graphics, please ensure they are provided in a 16:9 format (landscape orientation) and are high-resolution (at least 1920x1080 pixels). Low-resolution or vertical images may not be used.

Please dress nicely and avoid wearing clothing with logos or branding (unless it’s name brand or Crossroads Church apparel).
